RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Defending the Dead Super Center. We want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Defending the Dead Super Center is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • The Inner Circle Membership products (Sapphire, Ruby, Diamond)
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
  • Costume items that have been worn or altered

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.
